Work Retreat

For anyone dreaming of a lakeside workation, April offers the opportunity to spend anywhere from one week to a month in our lake-view studios in Trakai. Anyone seeking a calm and focused work environment – and wishing to dedicate time to developing new work, studying, thinking, writing or researching the surrounding area – is welcome to apply by completing our application form. 

Please see our special studio rates for 2026 below. Following the official opening of the space, prices will be updated to reflect high- and low-season offers.

Studio prices:
1 week – 400 Eur 
2 weeks – 750 Eur 
4 weeks – 1000 Eur

Rates include: accommodation, bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning, WiFi, bicycles, and use of shared spaces and the library.

Applications are reviewed by the April team and may be submitted year-round. Applicants will receive a decision within five working days.

About the studios

All studios are 26–42 sq m apartments designed for longer stays. Each studio includes a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Every studio features a writing desk, comfortable chair, sofa, large double bed, wardrobe, washing machine, refrigerator, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.

Staying with family

Selected studios can accommodate up to four guests and include separate bedrooms. If you would like to stay with your family, please indicate this on the application form or contact us at info@aprilresidency.lt, and we will advise on availability.

Payment and cancellation

Once your application has been confirmed, a 20% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.

You may cancel your stay for a full refund by notifying us at info@aprilresidency.lt at least two weeks in advance. If you inform us of a change of plans at least 48 hours before your arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued.
